The song is performed by DDT, but I think Viktor Tsoi from Kino and somebody else also contributes. Certainly, the other two are in the video Tatyana has linked to.

What a fantastic band – thanks for the tip, guys! I was long out of Russia when they formed in 81, and lost touch with the pop-culture there. It seems I’ve been missing quite a bit.Oh, and the photos are superb:-)
