Here’s how I’m going to call it.

It’ll be either Clinton by a whisker, meaning the polling methodology is correct; or Trump by 5-10%, meaning the polling methodology is bollocks.  Given the Brexit shock and the corruption of the media and just about everything else that this election has touched, I’m going to go with Trump by 5-10%.

Also, I already mentioned the Californian lesbian photographers for Trump.  Last week I was chatting to a lady from Boston who went to Wellesley.  Clinton supporter?  No, abstaining.  I think Trump’s supporters will come out en masse, sparing no efforts.  Clinton’s?  I’m not so sure.

Let’s see this time tomorrow if I’m right.

  1. Love you to be right, largely because in my Trump is the least-worst candidate — and not a criminal avoiding jail. But I agree with the Assange view, that Clinton cannot be allowed to fail. She will continue Obama’s dismantling of American society and Obama cannot bear all his hard work of destruction being undone. Trump will have a hell of a job correcting the decay and despair if he wins, but he might make a difference.

    Like you I will see tomorrow if I am right that the American people will rally to the best of the two on offer. if Trump succeeds however he will have an angry MSM hounding him on every little thing while in office, whereas they would give Shrillary a pass.

    One thing is certain, the division in US society is going to continue to be pretty deep for some time. Any illusion of national and social unity was shot away by Obama and his craven minions a good while ago. Time was when people considered candidates for their qualities and might have switched allegiances, but in this election I believe we have seen the start of an era where everyone makes their mind up early one way or another and won’t budge. Yes, there are people like the lady in Boston who will abstain, but the fors and againsts will not mix for a long time to come.

    Indeed, and I think this is why we’ll see a high turnout.

  3. Either way, we’re in for some entertainment over the next four years:
    -Clinton wins the electoral college but Trump wins the popular vote. President Kaine takes over a year or so later after either Clinton is indicted for the CF stuff, or her health problems catch up with her. Trump starts a new party and builds his mailing list from the sidelines.
    -Trump wins. The wailing and gnashing of teeth from the media makes Brexit look like a polite garden party. Several prominent US celebrities quietly forget about their promises to leave the country. Madonna regrets offering blowjobs for Clinton votes. We get to see if The Wall gets built.

    I hope you’ve stocked up on popcorn.

  8. As stated elsewhere; 50% of America is in for a gut punch tomorrow. The angry people aren’t going to cease being angry just because the election is over. Hillary supporters will go full SJW and flood Tumblr et al. with their histrionics. Whereas the blue collar guys who supported Trump can really, really throw their wrenches in the gears if Trump loses. We can survive the former but the latter truly scares me.

    The election result is the starter’s pistol for the really interesting bit.

    IIRC the electors can legally betray the voters; we’ll see if that’s an issue. Might be.

    I’ve been dreading Trump winning and letting us down almost as much as I’ve been dreading the sick old crooked lady winning.

    The last winning candidate I backed was G. W. Bush in 2004. Once burned…

  17. We’ll never know whether Trump won the popular vote because we don’t know the scale of Dem cheating. He won the vote that matters unless the buggers just assassinate him or there is some sort of coup d’etat in the Electoral College.
