Rotation: permanent

A non-rotational job in Turkmenistan?  Local holidays only?

    I’ll raise you this one:

    “Interior Designer for Naval Base in Norfolk, VA: ability to read drafted plans, coordinate colors and possession of good oral/verbal communication skills. Education: Master Degree with proven 3-year path towards PhD.”

    To read plans (note, not even DRAW them) requires PhD?!?
