It took a while for the mainstream media to get around to reporting on it in any depth, presumably because it took time to identify the sort of hero they&#8217;re after:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This boy is a little hero. He managed to free his hands from the handcuffs, hurting himself in the process, after he saw a phone accidentally left on the ground and called the police.
