Twitter

For reasons of which I am not entirely sure, but somewhat related to the fact I’ll shortly have a book to market, I have started a Twitter account. For anyone who is interested, I can be found here.

  1. Thanks Jeff! I’m on Gab, but have been too bone idle to contribute to it. Their not having an iPad app hasn’t helped (I know they’ve been trying).

  2. I have swelled your follower ranks on Twitter. I look forward to the shorter versions of your wit and wisdom, but I promise I will not abandon your blog.

As for Gab, I’d be on it more often if only they would (a) make it look more interesting and, er, readable and (b) stop telling me my password is incorrect. I did try Minds but that seems a bit dead in the water, tbh. No, for all its many faults Twatter is still doing its job.

Thanks! I was very disappointed that a lot of good bloggers switched to Twitter some years back, abandoning their blogs. To me, Twitter is to blogging what chewing gum is to a bacon sandwich. The blog will remain by primary outlet, hopefully indefinitely.

  4. Trouble with that is you get questionable types like me retweeting you.

One must take the rough with the smooth.
